How to Use Loyal Graahak
Step-by-step guide to get you started
Set Up Your Business Profile
Open the Side Menu → Business Profile. Add your shop name, photo, branch address, and Google Maps link.
Create Your First Reward
Go to the Rewards tab → tap “+” → set a visit target (e.g. 5 visits = Free Haircut).
Add Your First Customer
Tap “Add Customer” on the Dashboard. Enter their phone number and name — their first visit is logged instantly.
Share Their Digital Loyalty Card
Open a customer profile → tap “Share Digital Loyalty Card” to send their unique QR card via WhatsApp.
Scan on Every Visit
Tap “Scan Loyalty Card” on the Dashboard. The customer shows their QR and you scan it — visit logged in seconds.
